Office Hours made better

When students sign up for slots, both the students and the teachers receive calendar invites with a link to join the virtual meeting. They can then join the meeting from the link in the email invite, on the class web page, or from the Webex Teams app. In addition, teachers can follow up by sending their students messages in Webex Teams to keep the conversation going.
